You can check the status of your order by visiting the “Orders” section of your Peppermint account. Visit the ‘Track Your Order’ section. Or you can call our customer care team between (10am to 5pm) they will help you track your order.
At Peppermint we try our best to deliver all orders within the timely delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. You can contact our customer care team at email@example.com during any delays, we would be happy to assist and track your order.
We may have to cancel an order occasionally if the product is out of stock or discontinued or if item is damaged at the fulfilment centre. We will refund your amount to your bank account or in form of Peppermint Credit in such cases.
