Return Policy

What is Peppermint's return policy?
All items are eligible for returns, The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes, plastic wrap). You can create a return request on our website or by writing to us at customercare@peppermint.in.
Why did the pick-up of my product fail?
We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pick-up request is marked as failed. If your pickup does not happen for more than 48 working hours from the first pickup date requested by you, please email your order number to customercare@peppermint.in with the subject line "Items not picked up".
How do I place a return request?

You can create a return request from the order history of your peppermint customer account - https://peppermint.in/account. Or please visit https://peppermint.in/apps/return_prime. In case you place an order without signing in, you can raise a request to make a peppermint account by contacting us, we will send you an invite to create a customer account.

Are there any additional charges for returns?

There are NO HIDDEN extra charges.

Can items be returned after the time mentioned in the return policy?
All Returns requests must be received within 15 days of delivery. In addition, orders including any free products received during promotional events / offers are not eligible for returns / exchanges.
My pin code is not eligible for pick-up. How do I place a return request?
In case your area pin code is not eligible for pick-up, please self-ship the product to us. The product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags must be intact. Please pack the product with the order invoice in the return packet. In the absence of the invoice, please mention the order number and your phone number on a piece of paper along with the package. Payments and Refunds:

How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?
Refunds typically take 4-5 working days to appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please reach out to us at 8411002333 or via email at customercare@peppermint.in with the subject line “Refund not yet received”.
What do I do if there is a discrepancy in the refund I received?
If you have any refund discrepancies, please email a screenshot of your bank statement to customercare@peppermint.in with the subject line “Refund discrepancy”.
Why was my Credit/Debit/Net banking account debited even though my order didn't go through?
We couldn't process your order because we didn't receive confirmation from the payment gateway. If you've been charged, your refund will be processed within 24 hours and will reflect in your account in 4-5 Working days. You can place your order once again.
I returned an order that I paid for by cash. How do I get a refund?

For COD orders, refunds cannot be transferred to your bank account. Instead, you will receive store credit, which can be utilised for future purchases.

When can I expect the refund for the items I returned?
We initiate the refund process after we've received the returned items and they successfully pass our quality check. In case of prepaid payment, the payment will be processed to the source account within 4-5 working days. In case of cash on delivery, you will receive store credit, which can be utilised for future purchases.
Why was my Credit/Debit/Net banking account debited twice?
There might have been an issue with the payment gateway. We'll refund the additional amount you were charged within 24 hours. The refund will reflect in your account in 5-7 business days.

Shipping and Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
The order usually takes 4-5 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please get in touch with us on:

Can I accept the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?
As per our policy, the order can't be opened before the delivery is accepted. But you can accept the order and get in touch with us later, in case you have any concerns.
Can I get my orders delivered at a specific time?

Please coordinate with the courier executive delivering your order to see if this is possible. Delivering at a specific time may not always be an option from courier services due to their schedules.

Do you deliver internationally?
Right now, we only deliver within India.
What are the shipping charges?
Currently, there are no shipping charges, we offer free shipping for all orders.
My order status says my order has been cancelled. I haven't cancelled it. What happened?
In the rare scenario that we're unable to procure the merchandise, we cancel the order. You will be notified if this occurs and your refund will be credited to you immediately.
Is cash on delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for all the orders.
I haven't received some items in my order.
We often ship orders in multiple parts, so we can get you each part faster. So, one of the shipments may arrive sooner than the others. You can track your order on the 'Orders' page or else contact us.
What happens to orders where products are received in damaged condition?
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on:

In case you fail to intimate about the same, refund might not be processed.
Can I pay by Debit / Credit Card on delivery of my order?
We currently don't provide POS machines on delivery.
My order status shows 'Out for Delivery', but I haven't gotten it yet. When will I get it?
Our courier partner will contact you for delivery of your order. Please keep checking your SMS for more details.
What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?
We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or contact us.

Cancellation Policy

What is Peppermint's cancellation policy?
To cancel your order, please contact us at 8411002333 or send an email to customercare@peppermint.in within 6 hours of placing the order.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the source account within 4-5 working days. If you placed a COD order, no refund will be issued since no payment was made.
